The 40x50 Arched Quonset offers a bold, proven design ideal for farms, workshops, vehicle storage, or light industrial projects. Its classic full-arch profile delivers excellent snow and wind performance while offering 2,000 sq. ft. of uninterrupted, usable interior space.

Constructed from 14–22 gauge AZ180 Galvalume Plus™ steel, this structure is built to perform in all climates and conditions. The specialized aluminum-zinc coating provides superior corrosion resistance, heat reflectivity, and a clean, bright metallic finish—backed by a 40-year factory warranty.

The trussless clear span design means no beams or posts to get in the way—just wide open space from floor to roof, ideal for storing equipment, hay, feed, or large tools. The arch profile also provides natural strength and efficient water and snow shedding.

Assembly is fast and straightforward, even for first-time builders. The kit includes pre-drilled 2’x10’, 40 lb. steel panels and uses a single bolt size for the entire structure.
